Returns

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any unsuitable item(s) within 21 days of the order date. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. All items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all original labels and swing tickets attached.

You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance to send your item(s).

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S)

  1. Contact us by email at service@2wnwear.com within 21 days of your order date to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Include your name, order number, the item you are returning, return reason and your preference of a refund or exchange.
  2. Complete the return authorization form with refund or exchange instructions and include the RMA that we email to you.
  3. Package up your return items securely and ship the parcel back to us, using your preferred mail or delivery service. The items are your responsibility until they arrive back with us.
  4. Once our Returns Department has received and inspected your return, your refund or instructions for your exchange will be issued.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email when your return or exchange has been processed.
  6. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
